2-Day Return Window
- If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us within 2 days of delivery.
- Share your order number and clear photos or a video of the issue.
Conditions
- The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories included.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return.
Replacement or Refund
- After we verify your request, we will offer a replacement or a refund.
- Approved refunds are sent by bank transfer or mobile wallet (such as JazzCash or Easypaisa).
- Delivery charges are refunded only if the product we sent was damaged, defective or incorrect.
Open Before You Pay
With Cash on Delivery you can open the parcel and check your product in front of the rider before paying. If something is wrong, you can refuse the parcel on the spot.
